    The Lodge is a Virtual Education Conference offering more than 30 online basic and advanced courses to support your personal and business growth goals. Eyefinity EHR and Eyefinity Practice Management product training is available for every role in your practice. In addition to product training, you can also select courses from the following categories:

    • VSP Products & Programs
    • Product Integrations
    • Industry Insights (including CE courses)

  • When is The Lodge?

    The Lodge will be held on the following dates in 2021: 

    1. April 13 – 16, 2021 
      (Registration deadline April 5)
    2. November 9 – 12, 2021 
      (Registration deadline November 1)
  • Who should attend?

    Anyone working in an optometric practice and using Eyefinity Practice Management and/or Eyefinity EHR solutions.

  • Can OfficeMate® and ExamWRITER® users attend?

    At this time, the Virtual Conference will only be available for Eyefinity EHR and/or Eyefinity Practice Management software users.

  • What topics are covered in the Virtual Conference?

    Course topics consist of:

    • Eyefinity Practice Management Product Training 
    • Eyefinity EHR Product Training
    • VSP® Products & Programs
    • Product Integrations
    • Industry Insights—including four ABO Approved CE Courses
       
  • Pricing
    • Registration fees are $149 per person

  • What is the Early Bird Sweepstakes?

    The Early Bird Sweepstakes at The Lodge is a drawing for your chance to win a $25 or $50 Amazon eGift Card. 

    Early Bird Deadline

    The deadline for The Lodge Virtual Education Conference in April is March 15, 2021.

    How to Enter

    • For a chance to win a $25 eGift Card, complete Step 1 (Register) by March 15. Or;
    • For achance to win a $50 eGift Card, complete Step 1 (Register) and Step 2 (Build Your Schedule) by March 15.

  • How do I build my schedule for The Lodge?

    It’s easy as 1, 2, 3! You'll Build Your Schedule at Step 2 of the registration process. Once you complete Step 1, you'll automatically be redirect to Step 2.

    Select the sessions you're interested in attending (in your time zone!)

    TIP! Use the print button in the top right corner on the Course Schedule to print your course selections so you have them to hand when you're ready to build your schedule.

  • Course Information

    How long are the sessions?
    Sessions will range anywhere from 30 – 90 minutes in duration.

    How many sessions can I attend?

    • You’re free to add as many sessions as you’d like to your schedule.
    • All sessions must be attended live and will not be recorded.

     

    Are there any restrictions on what sessions I can attend?

    • No, there are no limitations.
    • You can sign up for as many sessions as you like after you’ve registered.
    • Use the filters on the Course Schedule to help you narrow down courses best suited for your role in the practice.
    • Note: Some session times do overlap so please avoid double-booking when you're building your schedule. 

     

    What if I can’t make it to a session? Will a recording be available
    Sessions will not be recorded and must be attended live to provide the best user experience.
